American Council for International Business will send a business delegation to Armenia to participate in COP17

The participation of the American Council for International Business (USCIB) business delegation in the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) in Armenia was discussed by Narek Mkrtchyan, Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, Kristen Kaufman, Senior Vice President for Global Impact Initiatives at USCIB, and Agnes Winblad, Senior Director for Environment and Sustainability.
YEREVAN, July 17. /ARKA/. The participation of the American Council for International Business (USCIB) business delegation in the 17th Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) in Armenia was discussed by Narek Mkrtchyan, Ambassador of Armenia to the United States, Kristen Kaufman, Senior Vice President for Global Impact Initiatives at USCIB, and Agnes Winblad, Senior Director for Environment and Sustainability.
According to the Armenian Embassy, opportunities for cooperation between Armenia and USCIB were also discussed, particularly in the areas of sustainable development, policy development in this area, private sector engagement, and expanding international partnerships.
Mkrtchyan also presented the economic reforms implemented by the Armenian government, steps aimed at improving the investment climate, and emphasized the importance of deepening cooperation with the international business community.
