YEREVAN, July 16. /ARKA/. On Thursday, Armenian Ambassador to France Arman Khachatryan discussed the possibilities of importing and selling Armenian products on the French market through the Carrefour chain with Régis Frodin, the chain's Director of International Products.

The parties exchanged views on the competitiveness of Armenian food products and other goods, the preferences of French consumers, and the necessary standards and procedures for entering the market, the Armenian Embassy press service reported.

Khachatryan emphasized the importance of developing cooperation with major French retail chains as a key factor in expanding Armenia's export potential and increasing the international recognition of Armenian products.

They expressed their willingness to continue the dialogue and explore possible areas of cooperation to expand the presence of Armenian goods in the French market.
