Partnership between Armenia and France has reached an unprecedented level in recent years, stated RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a congratulatory message to French President Emmanuel Macron on the occasion of the National Day of the French Republic.

YEREVAN, July 14. /ARKA/. Partnership between Armenia and France has reached an unprecedented level in recent years, stated RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in a congratulatory message to French President Emmanuel Macron on the occasion of the National Day of the French Republic.

"July 14 has special significance not only for France, but for all nations sharing the values ​​of liberty, equality, and fraternity. This day is the best opportunity to appreciate France's rich political and ideological heritage. The principles underlying this heritage have become one of the pillars of the modern democratic world," Pashinyan noted.

According to him, relations between Armenia and France, based on these values, have reached an unprecedented level in recent years, acquiring new quality and strategic content.

"The strategic partnership between Armenia and France is confidently developing in all key areas today – from political dialogue and defense to the economy, investment, infrastructure, energy, education, science, culture, and decentralized cooperation," the Prime Minister stated.
He added that cooperation between the two countries is also expanding in the areas of innovation, artificial intelligence, biodiversity conservation, and the climate agenda.

Pashinyan expressed confidence that the consistent implementation of the joint agenda will elevate the partnership between Armenia and France to a higher level.

"Armenia highly values ​​France's key role and consistent support in deepening our country's partnership with the European Union, expanding the Armenia-EU cooperation agenda, as well as in democratic reforms and institutional development," Pashinyan stated.
