YEREVAN, September 19. /ARKA/. Armenia's Defense Ministry has reported on the situation on the borders.

"The situation on Armenia's borders is relatively stable as of 14:00," it said.

Azerbaijan is using heavy artillery in some directions in Nagorno-Karabakh, in particular, the capital Stepanakert is being shelled.
