According to the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Mirzoyan and Kubilius exchanged views on the prospects for cooperation, which has recently developed in the areas of security and defense.
The parties emphasized Armenia's significant progress in implementing democratic reforms and noted that the adoption of the Armenia-EU strategic partnership agenda has created new opportunities for cooperation.
They also discussed the agenda of high-level events planned for May in Yerevan, including the Armenia-EU summit.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the regional situation. Mirzoyan presented work aimed at further institutionalizing the established peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
