YEREVAN, August 4. /ARKA/. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced on social media that a government talent pool will be formed in Armenia following a selection process involving graduates from leading global universities.
According to him, 1,141 applications were received for the competition announced on June 15, of which 459 candidates advanced to the second stage. The average age was 34.
Based on interviews and professional assessments, a government talent pool will be formed, with the education, experience, and professional skills of the participants being matched to the needs of the public administration system.
Pashinyan also announced that he has already decided to appoint several program participants to senior government positions, and that the relevant decisions will be formalized in the near future.
