Serious staff reductions will not take place in the system of State Cadastre of Armenia in the result of the reforms conducted in the system, said Advisor to the Head of State Cadastre Khazhak Karayan.

YEREVAN, November 8. /ARKA/. Serious staff reductions will not take place in the system of State Cadastre of Armenia in the result of the reforms conducted in the system, said Advisor to the Head of State Cadastre Khazhak Karayan.

In the result of the conducted reforms in the system of State Cadastre of Armenia from January 1, 2012 all territorial sub-divisions of cadastre will be liquidated. Instead of them new service centers will be established.

In this context Karayan noted that there will be some reductions - mainly re-distribution of staff. “First of all, it refers to employees conducting accounting who will move to private sector from cadastre”, he said.

In the result of the reforms registration function will be fully privatized (examination and measuring of real estate) which will be implemented by the specialists of private structures having relevant qualification. --0--
