Aramayis Avetisyan appointed head of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund

The Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has elected Aramayis Avetisyan as the Fund's Executive Director, according to the organization's official press release and the Fund's press service.
YEREVAN, August 24. /ARKA/. The Board of Trustees of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund has elected Aramayis Avetisyan as the Fund's Executive Director, according to the organization's official press release and the Fund's press service.
Twenty-two Board members voted in favor of his candidacy, two abstained, and none voted against. Twenty-four of the 29 Board members participated in the meeting. Avetisyan assumes his duties on August 24.
The new Executive Director identified strengthening organizational capacity and operational efficiency, enhancing accountability and transparency, and transitioning to long-term strategic planning as key areas for the Fund's development.
At the same time, strengthening ties between Armenia and the Diaspora will remain one of the Fund's core objectives.
Aramayis Avetisyan has approximately 13 years of experience in the public, private, and community sectors. His professional expertise includes organizational management, institutional development, strategic planning, public policy, fundraising, and communications. Since 2022, he has served as Aide to the President of Armenia.
Since 2025, Avetisyan has been involved with the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. In particular, he coordinated the "Homeland and Eternity" fundraising campaign, which raised approximately $17 million. This figure exceeded the average fundraising volume in recent years by approximately 30%.
The Hayastan All-Armenian Fund was established in 1992. For more than three decades, it has implemented projects in infrastructure, education, healthcare, social support, and other development areas.
