Three parties enter Armenia's parliament: Central Electoral Commission announces election results

The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has announced the results of the elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
YEREVAN, June 14. /ARKA/. The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia has announced the results of the elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
"The Civil Contract Party received 49.745% of the vote, the Strong Armenia bloc received 23.271%, and the Armenia bloc received 9.923%," CEC Chairman Vahagn Hovakimyan announced at a press conference.
According to him, the Prosperous Armenia Party received 3.989% of the vote and did not pass the minimum threshold.
Thus, 15 of the 18 political forces participating in the June 7, 2026, elections failed to pass the minimum threshold for entering parliament (4% for parties, 8% for blocs consisting of two parties, and 10% for blocs of three or more parties).
According to the Central Election Commission, 2,507,216 people are included in the Armenian voter registry. Voter turnout was 58.9%, with 1,476,769 voters taking part.
