Electricity production in Armenia increased by 6.6% from January to April 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, according to the Statistical Committee.

YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. Electricity production in Armenia increased by 6.6% from January to April 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, according to the Statistical Committee.

Total electricity generation during the reporting period amounted to 3,337.1 million kWh.

In April, a 2.7% increase was recorded compared to April of the previous year, while a 20.1% decrease was recorded compared to March of the same year.
