According to preliminary data, consumer prices in Armenia increased by 4.5% in January-April 2026 compared to January-April 2025, the Statistical Committee reports.
YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. According to preliminary data, consumer prices in Armenia increased by 4.5% in January-April 2026 compared to January-April 2025, the Statistical Committee reports.
Moreover, in April of this year, compared to April of last year, the increase was 5.3%, and compared to March of this year, it was 1.3%.
Industrial product prices increased by 8.9% in the first four months of 2026 compared to the same period last year. In April, year-on-year growth was 7.9%, while month-on-month growth was 0.7%.
According to preliminary data, Armenia's economic activity indicator for January-April 2026 increased by 6.9% compared to the same period in 2025.
