Armenia's foreign trade turnover increased by 0.3% to $6.3 billion in January-April 2026
YEREVAN, May 26. /ARKA/. Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-April 2026 amounted to $6,320.2 million, an increase of 0.3% compared to the same period in 2025, the Statistical Committee reports.
In April of this year, the figure decreased by 13.8% compared to April of last year, and by 5.2% compared to March.
For January-April 2026, foreign trade turnover in dram equivalent amounted to 2,384.1 billion drams. Armenia's exports from January to April 2026 decreased by 3.3% compared to the same period in 2025, amounting to $2,327.6 million. A 25.9% decline was recorded in April compared to April last year, and a 9.9% decline compared to March this year. In dram equivalent, exports in January to April 2026 amounted to 878.2 billion drams.
Imports for the four months amounted to $3,992.6 million, an increase of 2.5% compared to the same period in 2025. In April, imports decreased by 5.8% year-on-year and by 2.5% month-on-month. In dram equivalent, imports for January to April amounted to 1,505.9 billion drams.
