YEREVAN, July 27. /ARKA/. Aerial chemical spraying against grasshoppers will be carried out on the morning of July 28 in the Ararat Province, according to a statement from the Armenian Ministry of Economy.

The work will begin at 7:00 AM in areas adjacent to the settlements of Verin Dvin, Dvin, Norashen, Hnaberd, and Getazat.

The ministry recommends that residents temporarily relocate bee colonies to safe locations or provide protection for them on the day of the spraying, refrain from grazing livestock in the sprayed areas, and, if possible, limit human presence in these areas until the spraying is completed.

Residents are also urged to observe safety regulations and follow the instructions of responsible community representatives.
