YEREVAN, June 1. /ARKA/. During a telephone conversation on Monday, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed current bilateral and multilateral issues.

According to the Armenian government press service, Pashinyan expressed gratitude to the Russian president for his balanced position on a number of controversial issues, as well as for his friendly tone and support.

The Russian president congratulated the Armenian prime minister on his birthday and conveyed his best wishes. Pashinyan thanked Putin for the call and congratulations.

The two sides agreed to continue the discussion in person at the next convenient time.
