Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-March 2026 amounted to $4,705.0 million, an increase of 4.6% compared to the same period in 2025, the Statistical Committee reports.
YEREVAN, April 27. /ARKA/. Armenia's foreign trade turnover in January-March 2026 amounted to $4,705.0 million, an increase of 4.6% compared to the same period in 2025, the Statistical Committee reports.
In March of this year, the figure decreased by 6.8% compared to March of last year, and by 13.1% compared to February.
For the first quarter of 2026, foreign trade turnover in dram equivalent amounted to 1,779.4 billion drams. Armenia's exports in January–March 2026 increased by 4.5% compared to the same period in 2025, reaching $1,760.2 million. In March, a 12.6% decline was recorded compared to March last year, and a 19.9% decline compared to February this year. In dram equivalent, exports in January–March 2026 amounted to 665.7 billion drams.
Imports for the three months amounted to $2,944.8 million, an increase of 4.6% compared to the same period in 2025. In March, imports decreased by 3.2% year-on-year and by 8.7% month-on-month. In dram equivalent, imports for the three months amounted to 1,113.7 billion drams.
