YEREVAN, March 24. /ARKA/. On March 28 the Russian Red Wings airline will launch flights between Nizhny Novgorod and Armenia's Yerevan. The flights to the Armenian capital will become the airline's first international destination to be operated from Strigino airport, TASS news agency reported citing the carrier's press service.

"The flights will be operated once a week on Mondays by modern Russian SSJ-100 aircraft with a capacity of 100 seats," the company said.

The air company specified that the SSJ-100 aircraft in the Red Wings fleet belong to Russian leasing companies. The airline's base airports are in Domodedovo (Moscow), Pulkovo (St. Petersburg), Koltsovo (Yekaterinburg), Balandino (Chelyabinsk), Omsk, Bolshoye Savino (Perm) and Zhukovsky (Moscow). -0-
