Armenia’s Ministry of Health said today it is going to test a pilot program designed for monitoring the quality of health services provided by medical institutions across the country.
YEREVAN, October 8. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Ministry of Health said today it is going to test a pilot program designed for monitoring the quality of health services provided by medical institutions across the country.
It said the pilot program was initiated to find out if citizens are satisfied with the quality of services provided by medical institutions. It said interactive terminals have been installed in some medical institutions with questionnaires for patient to share their opinions and complaints. It said the feedback will be used for making relevant changes.
At the moment such terminals are installed in Izmirlian, Erebuni and St. Gregory the Illuminator medical centers in Yerevan. -0-
