Starting November 1, 2026, as a result of amendments to the Law "On Foreigners," all services provided in the process of obtaining residency status in Armenia will be digitalized, the Migration and Citizenship Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
YEREVAN, June 19. /ARKA/. Starting November 1, 2026, as a result of amendments to the Law "On Foreigners," all services provided in the process of obtaining residency status in Armenia will be digitalized, the Migration and Citizenship Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
"A new system will be launched at the Migration and Citizenship Service for accepting applications for residence permits, and thanks to the introduction of new software, all procedures will be carried out electronically," the statement noted.
The department stated that due to these changes, services provided through the migration.e-gov.am platform and the EarlyOne mobile app will cease operating starting November 1.
"Foreign citizens who have scheduled appointments after November 1 will be able to apply for a residence permit in Armenia through the new electronic system," the RA Migration and Citizenship Service noted.
"A new system will be launched at the Migration and Citizenship Service for accepting applications for residence permits, and thanks to the introduction of new software, all procedures will be carried out electronically," the statement noted.
The department stated that due to these changes, services provided through the migration.e-gov.am platform and the EarlyOne mobile app will cease operating starting November 1.
