YEREVAN, June 8. /ARKA/. Armenia's state budget revenues in 2025 amounted to 2.8 trillion drams, an increase of 307 billion drams, or 11%, compared to 2024, stated Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

According to him, compared to 2017, state budget revenues increased by 2.3 times, or 1.6 trillion drams.

"State budget expenditures in 2025 amounted to 3.3 trillion drams, representing a more than twofold, or 120%, increase compared to 2017," Pashinyan said during preliminary discussions of the annual report on the execution of Armenia's state budget for 2025.

He noted that capital expenditures within the overall budget expenditure structure increased significantly—by 4.2 billion drams, or more than 2.9 times compared to 2017.

According to the Prime Minister, capital expenditures in the economic and social spheres, including subsidy programs, were 3.5 times higher than in 2018 in 2025.

For his part, RA Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan stated that state budget revenues were executed at 101.3% in 2025, representing an increase of approximately 12%.

"The increase in tax revenues and state duties was 100%, reaching 14%. Expenditures were met at 95.8%, including current expenditures at 97.5% and capital expenditures at 89.6%," Hovhannisyan noted.

According to him, capital expenditures grew by 26%, while current expenditures increased by 8.2%. Actual nominal revenues amounted to 2.8 trillion drams, expenditures to 3.3 trillion drams, and the deficit to 418 billion drams, compared to the planned 601 billion drams. ($1 = 368.54 drams).
