Prices of diesel fuel and mineral fertilizes skyrocket in Armenia

The prices of mineral fertilizers and diesel fuel have risen sharply in Armenia, Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan said at a press briefing after a government meeting today.
YEREVAN, January 27. /ARKA/. The prices of mineral fertilizers and diesel fuel have risen sharply in Armenia, Economy Minister Vahan Kerobyan said at a press briefing after a government meeting today.
"At the moment we are holding intensive talks with producers from a number of countries to understand how we can help Armenian farms to solve these problems," he said.
Gasoline and diesel prices in Armenia rose 0.8% and 1.1% in December 2021 compared to November of the same year.
At the same time, gasoline and diesel fuel rose by 43.3% and 50.4%, respectively, in December 2021 compared to December 2020, and by 31.9% and 24.5% in January-December 2021 respectively compared to January-December 2020. -0-
