Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the fields of economics, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, education, infrastructure, investment, and tourism.
YEREVAN, August 31. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the fields of economics, technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, education, infrastructure, investment, and tourism.
According to the press service of the Armenian government, the meeting took place in Bishkek.
The interlocutors noted with satisfaction the development of Armenian-Indian relations and emphasized the importance of joint steps to take cooperation to a new level.
Pashinyan and Modi noted the traditionally strong friendship between Armenia and India and expressed their readiness to continue efforts to further deepen it.
The parties emphasized that organizing high-level reciprocal visits will contribute to the deepening of partnership and the implementation of new joint programs.
Pashinyan reiterated Modi's invitation to visit Armenia at his convenience and expressed his readiness to visit India, should the opportunity arise. The heads of government also exchanged views on issues of regional importance and discussed the progress of the TRIPP project.
