The Armenian Embassy in Bulgaria reported on Facebook that the flight, operated by Bulgaria Air, marked the launch of new seasonal air service between the two cities. This is an important event for the development of regional air travel.
The new charter route is expected to promote tourism, strengthen cultural ties, and create new opportunities for cooperation between Bulgaria and Armenia.
Flights will operate once a week—on Tuesdays—until the end of August, providing direct service between the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and Yerevan during the summer season.
