Effective July 10, 2026, the Food Safety Inspectorate (FSI) has banned the export of quarantine goods in commercial quantities from Armenia by individuals, according to a statement.
YEREVAN, July 7. /ARKA/. Effective July 10, 2026, the Food Safety Inspectorate (FSI) has banned the export of quarantine goods in commercial quantities from Armenia by individuals, according to a statement.
"According to the technical regulations of the EAEU, the total weight of quarantine products transported by individuals for personal use cannot exceed 5 kilograms," the statement reads.
The agency urged businesses and individuals to organize the export process exclusively in accordance with established requirements, clarifying in advance the phytosanitary requirements applicable to exported products.
The regulator will continue to exercise consistent oversight and provide necessary consultations to exporters, ensuring full compliance with the safety requirements for quarantine products and the requirements for their export.
