Mid-market prices for apartments in September 2011 in Yerevan fell by 5.1% per 1 sq. meter, says the report of the Armenian National Statistic Service.

YEREVAN, November 9. /ARKA/. Mid-market prices for apartments in September 2011 in Yerevan fell by 5.1% per 1 sq. meter, says the report of the Armenian National Statistic Service.

According to official data, in average the market price per 1 sq. meter of living area in Yerevan (except Yerevan district Nork Marash) was 256.5 thousand drams.

The highest prices for apartments in September were in the center of Yerevan and in Arabkir district where the price for 1 sq. meter was 436.2 thousand drams and 337.9 thousand drams, and the lowest – in the outskirts, in the community Nubarashen - 144.2 thousand drams per one square meter.
