As of November 1, 2011 in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) the number of job seekers was 3 thousand 528 people, of which 3 thousand 336 are women, informs the site of NKR Social Welfare Ministry.

STEPANAKERT, November 9. /ARKA/. As of November 1, 2011 in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) the number of job seekers was 3 thousand 528 people, of which 3 thousand 336 are women, informs the site of NKR Social Welfare Ministry. According to the information, the number of unemployed reduced by 117 people compared to the same period of 2010.

94.3% of job seekers or 3 thousand 327 people got unemployment status. Registered unemployed are mainly inhabitants of Stepanakert – 2 thousand 859 people. The lowest unemployment rate was registered in NKR Askeran region – 51 people.

421 people receive unemployment benefits, of which 397 are women. This indicator increased by 79 people compared to the same period of 2010.
