South Caucasus Railways announces youth competition of innovative projects

The Russian-run South Caucasus Railways (SCR) company operating Armenia’s railroads has announced today a youth competition of innovative projects as part of a broader program worked out to encourage young employees of the company.

The Russian-run South Caucasus Railways (SCR) company operating Armenia’s railroads has announced today a youth competition of innovative projects as part of a broader program worked out to encourage young employees of the company. The project is developed for 2011-2015.

"The competition is designed to promote personal and professional potential of the company’s young personnel, to stimulate their innovation and technical creativity,’ the company said in a press release.

Teams with no more than three members and curators are allowed to participate in this competition. The contest will be held in three phases, the last phase will be held in December during the first jamboree of SCR young personnel.

The winner of the contest will determined by a special commission, which will also select the best projects to be implemented by SCR. The deadline for submission of projects is December 12. –0--
