The Armenian government has approved on Friday a draft law that abolishes exits stamps in passports of Armenian citizens.
YEREVAN, September 22. /ARKA/. The Armenian government has approved on Friday a draft law that abolishes exits stamps in passports of Armenian citizens.
According to Deputy Minister of Justice Arpine Sargsyan, more than 500 thousand such stamps were obtained in 2021, about 600,000 in 2022, and more than 303,000 in the first half of 2023.
According to her, the abolition will reduce the burden on state bodies. The abolition will take effect from January 1, 2024. -0-
