Booking tour packages via mobile application. Ameriabank presents MyTour
YEREVAN, January 16. /ARKA/. Ameriabank has unveiled today MyTour, a unique solution for the financial and banking system of Armenia that enables to book travel packages through MyAmeria application.
Integration of MyTour into MyAmeria application was implemented through cooperation with Dinno company, the bank's press service reports.
"With the increasing number of destinations and outbound tour offers in the market, finding the right package that suits one's needs has become a time-consuming and laborious process. MyTour aims to transform the travel planning process and offer an unprecedented opportunity to research and book complete tour packages in one place," says Lilit Hayrapetyan, MyTour Product Manager.
This tool is the first of its kind in the market, allowing users to simultaneously view dozens of travel packages on one platform with advanced features; the user can instantly calculate the cost of a package by changing the number of travelers or days, departure date, etc. And having made the final choice, it is possible to book immediately on the same platform.
"MyTour's motto is 'from App to the shore', which is fully in line with our goals, as when we launched MyAmeria, we aimed to do more than just digitize traditional banking services for customers, to offer a wide range of financial and non-financial services on one platform. Along the way, we are constantly improving the app and adding new features. And this is just the beginning," says Ruzanna Grigoryan, Head of Digital Sales and Experience at Ameriabank.
Currently, tour packages to Egypt are available on MyTour platform. In the near future, the geography of packages will expand and new destinations will be added.
"Packages to Egypt are provided by Skytour, one of the leading tour operators. In the near future, we plan to expand the list of services, offering not only new destinations, but also the opportunity to see packages of different tour companies on one platform. In terms of long-term planning, we see MyTour as a travel ecosystem that will revolutionize travel planning and people's travels, turning every travel into a carefree and memorable experience," says Lilit Hayrapetyan.
The new service is available only for iOS app users for now. MyTour will soon be launched for Android users as well.
