YEREVAN, March 31. /ARKA/. Armenia has been nominated for the international World Travel Awards 2026, the Tourism Committee announced.

According to the Committee, the country is represented in two categories: Europe's Leading Cultural Destination 2026 and Europe's Leading Heritage Destination 2026.

"This nomination once again confirms Armenia's rich cultural heritage, its distinctive character, and the exceptional experiences it offers tourists," the Committee noted.

Voting is now open. Professionals and travelers from around the world can cast their vote for Armenia by registering on the website - https://www.worldtravelawards.com/vote and receiving a confirmation code via email.
