Region's largest technology exhibition DigiTec 2022 will be held in Yerevan in autumn

YEREVAN, June 6. /ARKA/. The region's largest annual technology exhibition DigiTec Expo-2022 will be held in Yerevan this year from September 30 to October 2, the organizer of the event, the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises, said today.

DigiTec Expo is the central event of DigiWeek Technology Days, which will feature various IT events, engaging participants in the most important technology events in Armenia and the region. This year, the exhibition has a separate section for technology education organizations, programs and initiatives.

Besides, on October 1-2, UITE will organize a two-day international conference Digitec Summit, which will bring together high-tech leaders from around the world. A series of panel discussions with leading entrepreneurs, researchers and professionals is planned. The main theme is "How do developing countries with great technological ambitions compete on a global scale?

As part of DigiWeek 22, the Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST) will organize the Global Innovation Forum 2022 on October 5-6.

The annual DigiTec Expo has been held by UATE since 2005 to present the achievements of the technology area in Armenia and the potential for its development. Last year, more than 100 exhibiting companies and over 60,000 visitors from all over the world attended DigiTec Expo. --0—
