More than 120 IT companies took part in the DigiTec 2022 expo on March 10-12, hosted by Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan. Ameriabank had the largest pavilion.

YEREVAN, March 12. /ARKA/. More than 120 IT companies took part in the DigiTec 2022 expo on March 10-12, hosted by Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan. Ameriabank had the largest pavilion. However, it was not the size that made it so surprising, said the press service of the bank.

The exhibition demonstrated that the visitors (i.e. potential clients) do not come just for information about companies and services, though of course they come for that as well, but largely for emotions, impressions and the opportunity to feel the philosophy and the energy of a company.

Understanding of this by the Ameriabank team ensured unbelievable popularity of the bank’s pavilion. During three days lines were formed of those wishing to see, try, learn, try their luck, join and do a good deed.

This year Ameriabank decided to present not so much its products, but its brand, its values and mission. The exhibition format was supplemented by the format of "perceptions" of projects and solutions demonstrating a qualitatively different experience of interaction with the customers.

Rebeka Hakobyan, Ameriabank's Marketing and Communications Director, told journalists that they were presenting all the product solutions implemented by the bank over the years thanks to the large-scale technological investments.

"But most importantly," Rebeka Hakobyan stressed, "we represent people in all this because in accordance with our vision we want to create a reliable financial and technological environment, which is aimed at improving people's lives. It is very important that in the age of technological revolutions we do not forget who all this is done for, and how people may use it. We present Ameria in a 360-degree view, everything related to our brand and the emotions we convey to the people for whom we create all these solutions."

The Ameriabank pavilion was divided into several areas. First, the visitor registered at the MyAmeria counter, got a QR code, and after that could visit other zones of the pavilions.

The first zone was A Space, "We are our A-point". Here was the zone of the strongest emotions, feelings, the zone where subconsciousness ruled, where you were part of the Universe and the Universe itself, where you were simultaneously near Tigran the Great, and in a dark room with the glowing screen, more like a magic ball, and in the future - the one you were creating today. When the bank representatives shied away from answering the question, "What is in that dark room?" and said, "It's better to see and feel everything by yourself," they were absolutely right. It should have been seen and felt.

From A Space, the visitor entered Zone A Motion, where two electric bicycles were located. But they were not ordinary bicycles. It was enough to start pedaling, and it was better to do it in pairs, constellations lit up on the panel in front of the bicycles. Afterwards, Ameriabank (the QR code was scanned in advance) will donate the funds to the Zleenk program on behalf of visitors (the QR code was scanned in advance) through the reArmenia platform. 

Zleenk is an educational platform for 13-18 year olds that provides additional education opportunities for children. It's hard to say how much money the project raised in these three days, but if you saw the line of young people to these bikes and the diligence with which they pedalled, trying to "light up the stars", you could understand how great the desire to help and be involved in something good was in young people.

And another area of the pavilion was A Talks. It was the platform where during the three days Ameriabank's experts and specialists, as well as specialists of various partner organizations spoke on various topics and answered visitors' questions. Here you could learn about the bank's products, SME and mortgage lending, car purchase platforms, how the bank develops products using the capabilities of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, about security in the digital space, the power of cooperation, forecasts and descriptions of possible scenarios in the industry related to digital transformation, and much more.

And there is also a chance for everyone to win valuable prizes. Users of the MyAmeria application, by leaving their data at the pavilion and having made at least one transaction between March 3 and March 25 through this application can become the owner of an iPhone 14 Pro Max. And by taking a photo in the A Space area, and posting that photo to Instagram, they can win an Apple Watch 8 smartwatch.

Ameriabank team has once again spared no time, effort and demonstrated that it is not just a bank and not only a bank. It is, if you wish, a way of life, based on creation, partnership, self-knowledge, participation and kindness. -0-
