The Yerevan Municipality is disinfectingg the main entrances of multi-story residential buildings and elevators.
YEREVAN, March 18. /ARKA/. The Yerevan Municipality is disinfectingg the main entrances of multi-story residential buildings and elevators.
"Condominiums of all administrative districts of Yerevan are disinfecting the entrances and elevators," the Municipality said on its official Facebook page.
On March 16, the Armenian government introduced a 30-day state of emergency. According to the official data, the number of coronavirus cases in Armenia has reached 84. The first case of coronavirus infection in Armenia was confirmed on March 1. The patient has already recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
Among those infected are Armenian citizens from Iran and Italy (residents of Yerevan, Echmiadzin, Meghri and Charentsavan), people who contacted with them, as well as one Italian citizen and a visitor from France. Most of the infected, including one schoolchild, are residents of Echmiadzin, as well as people who were in contact with an infected person at a factory in Yerevan. –0—
