The Unified Operational Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia will begin operations in mid-February 2026, announced RA Interior Minister Arpine Sargsyan, presenting a report on the Ministry's activities for 2025 to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
YEREVAN, January 26. /ARKA/. The Unified Operational Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia will begin operations in mid-February 2026, announced RA Interior Minister Arpine Sargsyan, presenting a report on the Ministry's activities for 2025 to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to the minister, this center will operate under the number 112, starting on February 15.
"The new module will combine the Police Operational Center (1-02) and the National Crisis Management Center of the Rescue Service (9-11). In the second stage, in early 2027, it is planned to integrate the function of handling ambulance calls (1-03)," Sargsyan noted.
The Minister added that the 1-02 and 9-11 services have been fully digitized, and the overall digitalization process for the 112 unified service will be completed by February 15.
