Armenia's National Weather Service said today that short rains and thunderstorms are expected in most regions of the country on June 21-24. No precipitation is expected on June 25.

YEREVAN, June 21. /ARKA/. Armenia's National Weather Service said today that short rains and thunderstorms are expected in most regions of the country on June 21-24. No precipitation is expected on June 25.

The wind is south-western with gusts up to 3-6 m/s. The wind speed may accelerate to 18-23 m/s during the thunderstorms.

The daytime temperature on June 21-23 will gradually decrease by 5-7 degrees. Short rains are also expected in the capital Yerevan until Saturday. The temperature on Wednesday will be 26-28 degrees Celsius. By Friday the temperature will fall to 22-24 degrees and rise to 26-28 degrees by Sunday. -0-
