Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan welcomed today a group of journalists from leading Russian media outlets, the government’s press service reported.

YEREVAN, May 17. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan welcomed today a group of journalists from leading Russian media outlets, the government’s press service reported.

It said the journalists were from news agencies ITAR TASS, RIA Novosti, Interfax, Lenta.ru, as well as from Ekho Moskvy and Komsomolskaya Pravda radio stations, Kommersant, Izvestia, Moskovsky Komsomolets, Nezavisimaya Gazeta newspapers and Russia Today TV.

Greeting the guests, Pashinyan  emphasized the importance of their visit to Armenia and expressed  hope that it would contribute to a more detailed and comprehensive presentation of the events and changes taking place in Armenia.

Pashinyan answered a number of questions of journalists about the velvet revolution, the fight against corruption, establishment of justice, the negotiation process on the Karabakh settlement, Armenian-Russian relations, Armenia’s cooperation with the EU and other topics. -0-
