More than 22,700 real estate transactions completed in Armenia in October

YEREVAN, December 12. /ARKA/. In October 2025, some 22,738 real estate transactions were completed in Armenia, compared to 22,120 transactions in October 2024 and 20,984 transactions in September 2025, according to data from the Statistical Committee.

The highest number of transactions during the reporting month were in Yerevan – 7,405 (32.6% of the total), while the lowest number were in Vayots Dzor province – 338 (1.5%).

Real estate alienation transactions were the most common, totaling 8,899 (39.1% of the total), which included 6,206 purchase and sale transactions, 2,363 gift transfers, and 49 exchange transactions.

Additionally, there were 3,810 inheritance transactions (16.8%), 3,621 mortgage transactions (15.9%), 3,532 initial registration transactions (15.5%), 1,742 re-registration transactions (7.7%), 1,037 lease transactions (4.6%), and 97 legalization transactions (0.4%).

Furthermore, land transactions were the most significant in October, with 8,042 transactions (35.4%).

During this reporting month, there were 6,842 transactions involving apartments in multi-apartment buildings (30.1%), 4,841 transactions for residential buildings (21.3%), 1,709 transactions for public buildings (7.5%), 855 transactions for garages (3.7%), and 449 transactions for industrial buildings (2%).-0-
