Residents of Nagorno-Karabakh who have been forcibly displaced can now also submit their applications for Armenian citizenship at the mobile service offices operated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as reported by the ministry's press service.

YEREVAN, August 20. /ARКА/. Residents of Nagorno-Karabakh who have been forcibly displaced can now also submit their applications for Armenian citizenship at the mobile service offices operated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as reported by the ministry's press service.

Previously, applications were required to be submitted in Yerevan - either to the Migration and Citizenship Service or to the Passport Service, as well as in various regions to the local passport departments.

As stated by Anna Makaryan, the head of the identity documents department within the Migration and Citizenship Service, individuals who have been forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh can find information regarding the locations of the mobile offices on the Ministry of Internal Affairs' website and through the social media channels of the Migration and Citizenship Service.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a total of 60 individuals have already applied for citizenship via the mobile offices.-0-
