In 2023, the number of free (financed by the government) hard-to-reach medical services provided to citizens in Armenia grew to 861,845, by 74,981 services more than in 2022, including hospital care, Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan said today.
YEREVAN, April 11. /ARKA/. In 2023, the number of free (financed by the government) hard-to-reach medical services provided to citizens in Armenia grew to 861,845, by 74,981 services more than in 2022, including hospital care, Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan said today.
"Compared to 2017, the number of free medical services provided in 2023 was up 2.5 times," Avanesyan said in parliament.
Also, she said, a unified electronic queue registration system has been introduced for free services, which is helping establish "fairness and transparency for citizens." -0-
