YEREVAN, August 7. /ARKA/. The Office of Armenian Prosecutor General said its prosecutors initiated a criminal case into a scheme that caused the government $10 million in damage.

The Office of Prosecutor General specified that the case involves "Hayfilm" Film Studio, which failed to meet its contractual obligation- to invest 30 billion drams in the modernization of the studio.

The managers of the studio are also accused of stealing stage items (which are of historical and cultural value) and technical equipment worth 2.7 million drams. ($1 - 386.29 drams). -0-
