YEREVAN, December 11. /ARKA/. On December 11, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on the winter conscription and demobilization in 2021, his press office reported.
According to the decree, in January-February 2021, winter conscription for compulsory military service will be held for those male citizens of Artsakh who turned 18 years old by December 31, 2020 inclusive, as well as for those citizens who did not use their deferral right or have lost it.
In January 2021, military personnel who have completed compulsory military service will be demobilized within the timeframe established by law. -0-
