Armenian military police have detained a serviceman of a military unit deployed in Vayots Dzor province who is suspected of shooting and killing another servicemen, the Defense Ministry said today.

YEREVAN. Jan. 4 /ARKA/. Armenian military police have detained a serviceman of a military unit deployed in Vayots Dzor province who is suspected of shooting and killing another servicemen, the Defense Ministry said today.

According to it, the killed servicemen, Private Movses Tadevosyan (bon in 2003) was found with a gunshot wound on his head at around 10:50 a.m. on December 31. He died on the way to the hospital, the ministry said.

"The Armenian Defense Ministry shares the sorrow of the loss and expresses its support to Movses Tadevosyan's family members, relatives and fellow servicemen," the ministry said. -0-
