YEREVAN, March 9. /ARKA/. Armenian Health Ministry has launched today four mobile Covid-19 vaccination points in the capital city Yerevan.

The mobile point in Republican Square will operate from 12:00 to 17:00. The second one in the shopping center Russia Mall will operate from 12:00 to 20:00. The third one in the shopping center Ria Mall will operate from 14:00 to 19:00 and the fourth one in the Yerevan State University will operate from 11:30 to 15:30from Monday to Friday.

In Armenia, 6 types of Covid-19 vaccines are used now- CoronaVac and Sinopharm (China), AstraZeneca (Britain, Sweden), Sputnik V (Russia), Pfizer and Spikevax (Moderna, USA). Vaccinations are free for people over 18 years old, including foreigners.

On November 11, the government of Armenia extended the coronavirus quarantine until June 20, 2022.

The nationwide quarantine was first imposed on September 11, 2020 replacing the state of emergency that was declared on March 16 to stop the spread of coronavirus. -0-
