YEREVAN, June 6. /ARKA/. Armenia is seeking ways to improve the management of risks of spreading possible infectious diseases among livestock.
The Armenian government at a session on Thursday approved the procedure of compensation in case of grazing, destruction or forced slaughter of livestock within the framework of the fight against infectious diseases.
The conditions, as well as the procedure of destruction or forced slaughter of animals were also approved.
This procedure, according to the government, will provide an opportunity to further assess and manage the risks that are associated with the entry and spread of possible infectious diseases. --0--
