A survey in Armenia reveals the most popular and least popular institutions

Thirty-nine percent of respondents in Armenia said they are "completely satisfied" with the Armed Forces, according to a survey by the International Republican Institute (IRI).
YEREVAN, March 6. /ARKA/. Thirty-nine percent of respondents in Armenia said they are "completely satisfied" with the Armed Forces, according to a survey by the International Republican Institute (IRI).
34% of respondents said they were "somewhat satisfied" with the army's performance, 12% were "somewhat dissatisfied," 12% were "completely dissatisfied," and 3% were undecided or did not want to answer.
The Armenian Apostolic Church ranks second in this ranking: 39% of respondents fully support it, 23% are "somewhat satisfied," 13% are "somewhat dissatisfied," 20% are "completely dissatisfied," and 6% were undecided or did not want to answer.
Regional administrations rank third in terms of satisfaction. Twenty-five percent of respondents are satisfied with their performance, 37% are "somewhat satisfied," 16% are "somewhat dissatisfied," 15% are "completely dissatisfied," and 7% were undecided or unwilling to answer.
The Armenian Parliament was the lowest-ranked institution. Only 9% of respondents are completely satisfied with its performance, while 23% are "somewhat satisfied," 22% are "somewhat dissatisfied," 44% are "completely dissatisfied," and 3% were undecided or unwilling to answer.
The study was conducted by BREVIS on behalf of the International Republican Institute (IRI). Data was collected by telephone from February 3-13, 2026, among 1,506 citizens of the Republic of Armenia and forcibly displaced residents of Nagorno-Karabakh over the age of 18.
