As a result of the inspections conducted in the HVEN by the State Control Service about a year and a half ago, more than 500 million drams were returned to the state, criminal proceedings were initiated," Petrosyan told reporters at the ENA headquarters.
According to him, the processes (inspections) are ongoing, because ultimately the current situation in the energy system shows the need for deep reforms.
"The state will use all the tools in this area, whether it is a licensed individual (organization) or a CJSC with 100 percent of shares," Petrosyan said.
