YEREVAN, May 24 /ARKA/. Vahram Kazhoyan was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Vietnam. A corresponding decree was signed today by Armenian President Armen Sarkissian.

Earlier in the day, the President recalled Raisa Vardanyan from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Vietnam and the Philippines. -0-
