YEREVAN, April 3. /ARKA/. The Civil Contract Party (CCP), led by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has published its election program for the next parliamentary elections, scheduled for June 7, 2026.

The preamble contains Pashinyan's address to citizens, stating that peace has been established between Armenia and Azerbaijan and that an era of peaceful development has opened for Armenia. It is noted that the CCP program for 2026-2031 is based on the ideology of "real Armenia" and the doctrine of Armenia's economic and institutional transformation.

The document states that the priority steps for the further institutionalization of peace are the continuation of the delimitation process, the implementation of the TRIPP project, and the final signing, ratification, and further implementation of the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The program also covers education, which is declared a "strategy of strategies," external and internal security, economic development, justice, digitalization, cybersecurity, social policy, healthcare, culture, sports, tourism, agriculture, energy, ecology, and public administration reform. The document also speaks of the adoption of a new Constitution through the free expression of the will of the people.

It is noted that further development of relations with Georgia, Iran, Turkey, and Azerbaijan is of great importance, while relations with the Russian Federation are undergoing a constructive transformation. At the same time, according to the program, Armenia will continue reforms to meet the criteria for membership in the European Union, while maintaining membership in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) as long as this remains compatible.

Finally, a list of 100 concrete steps for 2026–2031 is provided, including an average annual GDP growth of at least 6%, the creation of at least 25,000 new jobs per year, a reduction in poverty by 5 percentage points, providing housing for 10,000 families displaced from Karabakh, the creation of a National Cyber ​​Defense Center, the launch of its own space satellites, the introduction of biometric passports, and the establishment of a visa-free regime with the EU.
