YEREVAN, March 1. /АРКА/. Under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, a meeting of the Security Council was held on Sunday, dedicated to the events surrounding the Islamic Republic of Iran and the situation in the Middle East.

Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Kristine Grigoryan presented an extensive report on the specified events.

The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, reported on the activities of the interdepartmental working group, created on the instructions of the Prime Minister.

According to the results of the meeting, Pashinyan gave the appropriate instructions.

The participants of the meeting expressed deep regret in connection with the tragic events, expressed condolences in connection with the victims and emphasized the need for the speedy establishment of peace.

About events around Iran
