The situation in the Caucasus requires constant attention, said Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu at a meeting with Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.
YEREVAN, November 5. /ARKA/. The situation in the Caucasus requires constant attention, said Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu at a meeting with Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.
"It's important for us to synchronize our watches. Everything concerning the latest events, the various developments that have occurred in the region—in the Caucasus as a whole, in the South Caucasus—requires our constant attention and consultations," Shoigu said, according to TASS.
Grigoryan assured that he is "ready to share details" about the situation in the region and thanked them for the opportunity to meet.
A meeting of the CIS Security Council Secretaries is taking place in Moscow today.
