YEREVAN, September 14. /ARKA/. Tensions are not going down and even in some areas have a tendency to grow, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said about the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, TASS reported.

He noted that Russia "remains a reliable guarantor of security" and continues contacts with Baku and Yerevan.

"We urge both sides to exercise restraint and act in the spirit of those trilateral documents that were signed two years ago - taking into account the new realities that have emerged since then," he said.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a government session on Thursday that Azerbaijan continues to amass troops along Armenia's border and the line of contact in Nagorno-Karabakh. -0-
